Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology (Market - SS - CA - El Monte). Travel up to 90 miles from home on average; paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Maintain accurate availability and update it promptly. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures following planograms and client requests. Complete necessary forms, photos, and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success. Adhere to accurate time‑card submission, reporting any anomalies daily with required corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs, completing all assignments on time. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Execute all directives fully and collaboratively with the shared‑services team to ensure operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company. Place a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment with transparent, respectful communication. Ensure customer and client satisfaction is continually improved, meeting shared‑service field KPIs. Be open to providing and receiving feedback. Qualifications Age / Eligibility: 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to changing tasks and work environments. Communication: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; coordinate tasks and provide updates; use smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity. Education: High school diploma or equivalent typically required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience: Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously. Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
