We are looking for a Deburring / Small Parts Finishing Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. Previous deburring or machine operating experience is not required. This company is willing to train someone who brings the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

The position starts at $18.00 per hour , but employees who demonstrate reliability, quality work, and a great attitude may have opportunities to earn raises based on their performance and progress—potentially within weeks rather than having to wait months.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work with small, precision parts that need to be carefully finished and prepared before moving to the packing department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deburring and removing small imperfections from manufactured parts
• Polishing and cleaning finished components
• Inspecting parts for quality and proper finish
• Preparing completed parts for the packing department
• Carefully handling very small components, including small screws and precision pieces
• Keeping parts organized and accounted for throughout the process
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following quality and safety procedures

Most parts are extremely lightweight, ranging from just a few ounces up to approximately 3 pounds at most .

This Is a Seated, Detail-Oriented Position

This is primarily a sitting position and does not involve heavy lifting. Instead, success comes from patience, concentration, good hand coordination, and attention to detail.

Because some components can be extremely small, we need someone who understands the importance of handling each piece carefully. Losing even a tiny screw or component can matter.
