Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU travel assignment in Bay City, Michigan, United States. Start date 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,777-$1,955 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the physician to plan and implement care aimed at returning the patient to optimal health; provide bedside nursing care and carry out medical orders.
- Delegate to and supervise Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Associate, OB Care Associate, Surgical Service Assistant, Nursing Clerk, and Psychiatric Tech functions as part of the care team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan; adjust as needed based on patient progress and evolving clinical status.
- Lead the unit in care coordination, participate in patient conferences, and assist with discharge/transfer planning and teaching needs.
- Communicate relevant information clearly to patients, families, and the care team; maintain strong organizational skills through planning and prioritization.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
- 2+ years ICU experience (required)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
- Comfortable with floating to ED and Step-down units (required)
- Nice-to-have: TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, SCRN (documentation preferred)
- Travel experience (preferred)
- Neuro surgical and Open heart experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adhere to unit standards and safety protocols
