Position Summary UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping Senior Consultant Deloitte’s Human Capital practice helps organizations address the changing nature of work, workforce, and workplace. As a UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping Senior Consultant - Functional Transformation, you will support clients in designing and implementing workforce management solutions that help improve business operations and workforce experiences. Work you'll do As a UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping Senior Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for: Implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management Timekeeping modules, including Time and Attendance, Leave, Accruals, Attestation, and Boomi integration supportSupporting full lifecycle workforce management implementations, including business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, testing, cutover, and hypercareGathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, discovery sessions, and client meetingsCollaborating with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver workforce management solutions aligned to business needsServing clients across industries such as healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team Our HR Strategy & Technology Offering is dedicated to developing leading global HR strategies and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent4+ years of experience in human resources and workforce management functions and processes4+ years of experience implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management Timekeeping, including Time and Attendance, Leave, Accruals, Attestation, and Boomi integration layer support4+ years of experience working across the full lifecycle of a workforce management implementation, including business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare4+ years of experience leading requirements gathering workshops and facilitating client meetingsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Experience working in a consulting environmentExperience implementing human resources information systems other than UKG Pro Workforce ManagementExperience serving clients in healthcare, consumer, Retail, Hospitality, or manufacturing industries The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
