Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.Required QualificationsMaster's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.Minimum 2 years of experience in Oncology as a provider or other provider experience.Licenses/CertificationsLicensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP)Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.BLS - Multisource required within 180 DaysDrug Enforcement Administration required upon hirePhysical DemandsMedium Work*:Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $135,096 to $164,216 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
