Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add-on services with a quality first approach. Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately. Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping. Meet on-time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship. Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations. Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines. Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor. Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow. You must have a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship. Other duties as reasonably assigned. All Jobs at Pro Athlete Require: Core Value alignment. We are ever-changing and need employees who are innovative and adaptable. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a seasonal position with the potential to be retained on a permanent basis. This position is expected to work 20 to 40 hours per week in our fulfillment center in Kansas City, MO.
