Production Technician

Quali Tech LLC is seeking a Production Technician Level 1 to support the manufacture of specialty ingredients and process aids for animal nutrition, food, and industrial markets. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, stage and measure raw materials, and perform basic in-process quality checks following SOPs, GMP, and strict safety standards. You will clean and set up equipment, assist with packaging and labeling, and accurately document production data. Working in a collaborative, quality-focused culture, you’ll gain exposure to chemical and food manufacturing processes, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives while building technical and operations skills in a stable, growing environment.
