Nehalem Valley Care Center | Wheeler, OR 97147 Part-Time
About the RoleNehalem Valley Care Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our full-time nursing team. As a Care Center RN, you will oversee resident care, lead our nursing assistants and CNAs, and serve as a vital link between our residents and their treatment plans. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and CNAs
- Assess residents to identify care needs, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Administer treatments and transcribe physician orders
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Assign staff breaks and ensure appropriate coverage
- Ensure adherence to individualized care plans
- Support and mentor team members as training opportunities arise
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
