Sales Estimator – Home Remodeling

Chardon, OH | Uncapped Commission | $100,000+ First-Year Potential

A growing home remodeling company is expanding into the Chardon, OH market and is looking for motivated Sales Estimators to join a high-energy team. This is a great opportunity for driven sales professionals who want strong earning potential and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations and provide customer estimates
• Present solutions and close sales opportunities
• Assist customers through contract and financing processes
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
• Partner with project teams to ensure a strong customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of in-home sales, remodeling sales, or related experience preferred
• Kitchen, bath, cabinetry, or home improvement experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Chardon and Northeast Ohio market, including Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, and Trumbull counties
