Test Lead- New Jersey (Day 1 Onsite)

Test Lead
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance initiatives, with a strong focus on UI and API automation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Selenium with C#, API testing, performance testing tools, and solid database knowledge. Experience in Python-based automation frameworks is also expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing
- Perform UI automation using Selenium with C#
- Develop and execute API automation test suites
- Work with tools like Postman and JMeter for API and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, DevOps)
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test strategies and test plans
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance
- Ensure best practices in test automation, CI/CD, and quality processes
Required Skills
- Strong experience in UI Automation using Selenium with C# (Mandatory)
- Extensive experience in API Automation Testing (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Postman and JMeter (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Python for automation scripting and framework development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid database knowledge (NoSQL preferred; SQL acceptable)
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable test frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Performance and load testing expertise
