We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Rosemary Beach boutique. This individual will be responsible for driving business performance, cultivating an exceptional client experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the store reflects the elevated standards of the Luminary Lifestyle brand. We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Rosemary Beach boutique. This individual will be responsible for driving business performance, cultivating an exceptional client experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the store reflects the elevated standards of the Luminary Lifestyle brand. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the boutique, including sales performance, team leadership, client development, visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has a passion for developing people while driving measurable business results. What You'll DoDrive Sales Performance Lead the boutique to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Monitor daily business trends and proactively adjust sales strategies. Lead from the sales floor by providing exceptional client service and coaching the team in real time. Drive key performance indicators, including: Sales Volume Average Transaction Value (ATV) Units Per Transaction (UPT) Conversion Rate Client Retention Repeat Business Identify opportunities to grow revenue through events, styling appointments, and client outreach. Deliver an Elevated Client Experience Create a welcoming and memorable luxury shopping experience for every guest. Build lasting relationships with local clientele, second-home owners, and vacation visitors. Foster a hospitality-first culture that reflects the warmth and sophistication of Rosemary Beach. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. Encourage personalized styling and thoughtful client follow-up. Lead and Develop the Team Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth. Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews. Motivate the team to achieve both individual and store goals. Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic. Maintain Operational Excellence Oversee all daily boutique operations. Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. Manage inventory with a strong focus on accuracy and organization. Maintain payroll within budget while maximizing productivity. Complete operational reports accurately and on time. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed. Visual Merchandising Maintain beautiful, inspiring visual presentations that reflect the Luminary Lifestyle aesthetic. Ensure the boutique is impeccably organized, clean, and guest-ready at all times. Execute seasonal merchandising updates and product launches. Collaborate with leadership on merchandising strategies that maximize sales. Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with retail POS and inventory management systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
