Required Skills

• 2+ years of desktop support experience supporting Windows and Mac systems
\n
• Hands-on experience with workstation setup, refreshes, and troubleshooting hardware and software
\n
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Outlook, and end-user device deployment
\n
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
\n
• Ability to work onsite full-time and support in-person client interactions
\n
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and mobile device support
\n

Nice-to-Have Skills

\n
• Prior experience with refresh work and support for conference room technology
\n
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
\n
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing IT support environment
\n
• Knowledge of security policies related to device imaging and configuration
\n

Preferred Education and Experience

\n
• Associate degree, certificate, or Boot Camp in Computer Science or a related field
\n
• 2 or more years of relevant IT support experience, ideally supporting Windows and Mac environments
\n
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
\n

Other Requirements

• Must work 100% in a corporate office Monday through Friday; remote work is not supported for this role
\n
• Ability to collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors
\n
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality customer service
