- TelemarketerHot Job## DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our Vacation Ownership sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and experience in sales technology tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Duties and Responsibilities:* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM and sales automation technologies.* Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.* Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and update client information accurately.* Develop rapport with clients through professional phone communication and customer service excellence.* Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify warm calling opportunities and generate new leads.* Maintain detailed records of call activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM software.* Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.## QualificationsRequirements:* Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments with a focus on B2B sales preferred.* Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.* Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is a plus.* Familiarity with sales technology adoption including sales automation tools and marketing integration platforms.* Experience in technical or technology sales, especially within business development or consultative selling approaches.* Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.* Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing.* Knowledge of sales processes including customer service, client communication, and deal negotiation strategies.* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
