State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) - Astoria Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) to join our team at Astoria Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Canton, Ohio. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
About the Role:
As a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and other tasks as needed. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take vital signs and monitor resident conditions
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with mealtime and nutrition services
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
