The Greer Group is hiring Machine Operators, and Production Associates for excellent manufacturing career opportunities in Canton, NC — convenient to the greater Asheville area.

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required for every position. If you're dependable, have a strong work ethic, and are ready to learn, training is available.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with the potential to join the company permanently after 90 days .

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $19.50–$23.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Full-time positions
• Temp-to-hire after 90 days
• Multiple shifts available
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
• Monday–Thursday and Monday–Friday schedules available

WHAT YOU MAY BE DOING

Depending on the position and department, you may:

• Assemble components and finished products
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality
• Use hand tools and small power tools
• Label, package, and prepare finished products
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Perform basic quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
