If you are detail-oriented and focused on continuous improvement, we want to talk to you.# **Are you passionate about this work?*** Mig and tig welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.* Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.* Measuring and inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.* Assisting fabrication and production teams as needed.# **If this sounds like you, we want to connect!*** Minimum 3 years Welding experience, preferably steel, stainless, aluminum, as well as mig and tig welding.* Experience with fabrication machines including rollers, benders, shears, etc. a plus.* Excellent Safety practices and mindset.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.* Ability to read technical drawings/ blueprints.* Ability to take direction and follow through with assignments as provided.* Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.* Must be able to work well in a team and collaborative environment. **What’s in it for you?** There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
