We're looking for more to join us! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATEIn this retail role, you are responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction in our stores. As our ambassador, you interact and assist our customers with a smile. You correspond with regular customer contacts and also potential customers, promoting the sale of Ring's End products and services. Sometimes you have to handle instances of consumer dissatisfaction and specific customer complaints, but you do it fairly and promptly. From scheduling deliveries to following up, you are busy every shift. You guide and advise clients on their building material inquiries, answer phones and emails, keep inventory organized, and anything else you can to help.
