Onsite Support Representative The Onsite Support Representative works closely with their manager and hospital staff to support and deliver television services to patients. This role includes assisting with service setup, collecting fees, providing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment. This position is based onsite in a hospital setting and requires schedule flexibility, including weekends, along with frequent movement throughout the facility. Skills & Core Strengths Customer service and communication Organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependability and accountability Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting Professionalism in sensitive or high-stress situations What You'll Do Visit patients in hospital rooms to explain television services and assist with setup Collect service fees and support patients with billing or payment options Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate technical issues as needed Coordinate with internal service teams to resolve equipment or system concerns Maintain accurate sales, deposit, and service records Follow up with patients for service renewals and provide usage guidance Respond to questions, concerns, and service-related requests in a timely manner Support equipment resets or minor adjustments when needed Attend training and follow company processes and standards Support the team with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling preferred Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of individuals Detail-oriented and dependable Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the day Comfortable working in a hospital environment and supporting patients directly Able to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or sensitive situations About Us Avidex is a leading AV/IT integration company delivering innovative technology solutions across corporate, healthcare, education, and enterprise environments.
