Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Property Administrator. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support a fast-paced operations team. This role will play a key part in maintaining daily office functions, supporting internal teams, and ensuring organization across systems and processes. Responsibilities: * Answer and direct incoming calls and communications * Process and track invoices using internal systems (e.g., Nexus or similar) * Respond to emails and support general correspondence * Maintain and update shared documents using document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint or similar) * Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record management * Provide general office support including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks * Prepare and organize invoices, reports, memos, and other business documents * Manage incoming communications and route inquiries appropriately * Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation * Support internal teams with coordination and administrative needs* 2-4 years of administrative or office support experience * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and handle confidential information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar) * Experience with invoice processing systems * Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
