We are a leading international law firm that specializes in corporate, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory legal advice. We employ more than 1000 of the best and brightest attorneys and are currently looking to expand critical teams.

Job Details

As a Corporate Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:

• JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with mergers & acquisitions and general corporate representation, and/or (ii) public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and corporate governance
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is a big plus
