We are hiring solo drivers for high-mileage OTR runs that keep you movingwithout the headache of NYC or Northeast traffic. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a recent CDL-A graduate, we provide the stability and equipment you deserve.

The Pay & Perks

• Weekly Average: $1,400 $1,600

• Top Earners: Up to $1,800/week ($93k+ annually)

• Consistency: 2,700 3,000 miles available every week

• Additional Pay: Bonuses for Safety/On-Time delivery, plus Layover, Breakdown, and Extra Stop pay.

• Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.

The Run & Equipment

• Route: OTR runs (No NYC/Northeast).

• Freight: 100% No-Touch Reefer & Dry Van.

• Load Type: 60% Drop & Hook / 40% Live Load.

• The Rig: Assigned late-model Freightliners and Kenworths (All Automatics).

• Schedule: 23 weeks out, 23 days home.

Now Hiring: Entry-Level Graduates

• Paid Mentorship: 4 to 6 weeks of 1-on-1 training with a veteran driver.

• Guaranteed Pay: Stable weekly income throughout your entire training period.

• Requirements: Must have a CDL-A with 120+ hours from an accredited school.

Driver Requirements

• Experience: Recent CDL-A Graduate OR 3+ months of verifiable T/T experience.

• Age: 21 years or older.

• Safety: Clean MVR (No at-fault accidents or major violations in the last 3 years).

• Background: No DUI within the last 5 years.

• Compliance: Must pass pre-employment drug screen (No SAP drivers).
