We have a unique opportunity available for an Assistant Community Manager at Creekside Estates located in Citrus Heights, CA. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will: Assisting the community manager with financial management, rent collection and expense control; Ensuring positive resident relations through excellent customer service and resident events and communications; Performing duties relevant to home sales and leasing; Performing administrative tasks, including answering phones, creating resident files and paperwork. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior relevant experience or demonstrate attributes and/or transferable experience and skills acquired in a different industry or in a different context: On-site residency is a requirement of this role. The selected candidate must be willing and able to live on the property as a condition of employment. Prior sales and/or leasing experience; Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office products and web-based applications. Excellent organizational, customer service and verbal/written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks, while ensuring that customers feel welcome and "at home" in order to portray a positive Company and community image and facilitate a positive start to the home buying process.
