Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What you’ll do Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the members of the team; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; understands and plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management; operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area; utilizes digital tools; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; guides peers and provides attention to customer needs; assists customers according to company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
