Descripción del Puesto El Fitness Sales Consultant es responsable de promover y vender programas de entrenamiento personal, garantizando una experiencia de alta calidad para los socios y apoyando al Fitness Director en la ejecución del servicio. Responsabilidades Vender programas de entrenamiento personal a nuevos y actuales socios Cumplir y superar metas mensuales de ventas Evaluar necesidades de los clientes y recomendar soluciones adecuadas Dar seguimiento a prospectos y clientes activos Apoyar en la supervisión de la calidad del servicio de entrenamiento Mantener estándares profesionales dentro del club Compensación y Beneficios Salario base + comisiones Potencial real de ingresos: $2,500+ mensual Bonos por desempeño Membresía gratuita para el empleado y un familiar Descuentos en entrenamiento personal Oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la compañía Requisitos Diploma de escuela superior o GED Experiencia en ventas Certificación de entrenamiento personal (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM o equivalente) Certificación de CPR y primeros auxilios vigente Certificación del Departamento de Recreación y Deportes Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches y fines de semana Transportación confiable Perfil Ideal Orientado(a) a resultados y cumplimiento de metas Interés en generar ingresos por desempeño Habilidad para comunicarse y cerrar ventas Actitud profesional, disciplina y enfoque competitivo Si eres un profesional certificado en fitness con interés en ventas y crecimiento económico, esta es tu oportunidad. #J-18808-Ljbffr HCOA Fitness
