Medicare Wellness NP/PA - No Call, 8-5, Community Centers

National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculty

Optum AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Phoenix Metro team, supporting Medicare Advantage patients at Community Centers. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no on-call requirement and relocation funds available. You will practice at the full scope of your license, see about 10 patients per day, and use EPIC with Dragon dictation and AI notetaking.
