Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What You'll Do:

• Receive, track, and submit new hire phone requests and device orders through web portals, coordinating delivery ahead of each start date and managing backfill stock
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for new equipment activations, troubleshooting, corporate email setup, and personal to corporate account transfers
• Walk users through the self-service web portal and provide customer training and information requests as needed
• Serve as a liaison between general IT support groups and cellular carriers, and assist with login and portal issues
• Manage all wireless device and service orders, monthly cancellations for zero-use lines, and service reporting requests

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience collaborating with wireless carriers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual presentation tools s
• Experience providing customer support
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, mindfulness, and the ability to manage confidential information
