We provide services to the mining, oil and gas, and utility companies.We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team in Arizona.Position SummaryThis position assists the Paint Department with entry level paint preperation work.Essential DutiesProvides general entry level support to the Paint department.Assist in the preparation of non-painted surfaces utilizing orbital sanders and sandblasting.Complies with chemical, waste, storage, disposal, and best practice.Ensures area is clean.Identifies and reports problems observed outside of normal use.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesAbility to comprehend and follow directions.Experience working with hand tools.Experience with sanding, forklift, sandblasting, and powder coating operations.Knowledge of OSHA.Education/ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred one year of experience.Physical RequirementsAble to lift up to 75 lbs.Ability to work in extreme temperatures including over 100 degrees and under 32 degrees Fahrenheit.Ability to traverse uneven terrain, warm surfaces, and cold surfaces.Ability to squat, kneel, and lay prone for extended periods of time.Ability to travel for up to three days a week.Able to and comfortable working in confined spaces.Ability to wear a respirator according to OSHA stands.If you are ready for a change and want to join a growing company with a family feel, click APPLY.Job Type: Full- timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceLife insuranceMedical insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceVision insurance
