Home Health RN (OASIS/SOC) Flexible, Local Impact

Medside Healthcare

MedSide Healthcare is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to perform OASIS SOC assessments in the Sandy Springs area. The RN will develop treatment plans and provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under supervision, delivering care with dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, performing routine nursing tasks, teaching patients and families, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards and MedSide policies.
