Senior Security Analyst

To enhance the security posture of a major platform, the contract Senior Security Analyst will perform security analysis, conduct vulnerability assessments, and monitor compliance while working remotely from Woodlawn, MD. Key responsibilities Perform security analysis, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring Review and validate security scan results from tools such as Tenable and Qualys Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years, or PhD with no experience 5 to 8 years of experience in security analysis or cybersecurity operations in a large enterprise or federal environment Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning platforms and understanding of CVE and CVSS Familiarity with security frameworks and standards including NIST 800-53 and CIS benchmarks Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
