This opportunity is for a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient hospital pharmacy operations over a 13-week travel assignment starting November 2. Located in Fairfield, OH, the role offers dynamic, varied shifts including evenings and weekends, with typical hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM. Flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed is essential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
• Proficiency in warfarin management
• Familiarity with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not mandatory

Location: Fairfield, Ohio

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Typical shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in the inpatient hospital setting
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing regimens, ensuring proper vancomycin and warfarin treatment protocols

• Support medication order review and verification using EPIC EMR system
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
