An established education-focused organization is seeking an Operations Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of a learning center in Baltimore, MD. This opportunity is ideal for someone with an education or teaching background who is ready to take the next step into leadership, administration, and operations.

This role is for someone who is highly organized, thoughtful, and capable of working at a high level while still bringing warmth and approachability to every interaction with students, parents, and staff.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, with flexibility around center operating hours

• Keep daily operations organized, consistent, and running efficiently

• Coordinate staff, schedules, documentation, and administrative needs

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for parents and families

• Monitor team performance and help maintain a positive, accountable culture

• Improve processes and systems that make the center more effective

• Support leadership with day-to-day decisions, priorities, and special projects

• Education, teaching, school administration, or a similar role exp preferred

• Strong ability to organize details while keeping the bigger picture in mind

• Professional and confident in communication, written or verbal

• Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions without constant direction

• Naturally warm and personable while maintaining appropriate authority

• Intelligent, adaptable, and motivated to grow beyond a traditional classroom role
