We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Associate, Pharma to join our Wisdo Health team. This role would be responsible for supporting the continued growth of our pharma business. Working directly with Wisdo’s President, this person will play a hands-on role in identifying prospective clients, executing outreach campaigns, supporting business-development activities, and helping expand relationships across the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, technology-savvy, and comfortable using AI and a variety of digital tools to work quickly and independently. You may be researching a pharmaceutical brand and building a prospect list, launching a LinkedIn campaign, preparing for a client meeting, working in our CRM, or using AI to accelerate research and content development. Prospecting, outreach, and consistent follow-up are central to the role. You’ll also help turn what you learn about prospective clients into stronger campaigns and sales materials. The right person enjoys figuring things out, learning new tools, and turning ideas into execution. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC. What You’ll Do - Prospecting & Outreach - Research pharmaceutical companies, brands, therapeutic areas, agencies, and potential partners. - Identify decision-makers and build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists. - Use LinkedIn, prospecting databases, AI tools, and other resources to identify contacts and opportunities.

- Build and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. - Conduct initial outreach, personalize communications, and manage systematic follow-up. - Track responses and help turn initial interest into meetings with senior leadership. - Sales & Pipeline Support - Maintain prospect, opportunity, and activity information in the CRM and track follow-ups and next steps. - Research companies, brands, and attendees in advance of prospective-client meetings. - Help customize presentations and prepare materials for client conversations. - Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and support proposals, RFP responses, and other business-development materials. - AI, Data & Commercial Tools - Use AI extensively to accelerate prospect research, account intelligence, outreach, meeting preparation, and content development. - Work hands-on across CRM platforms, prospecting databases, LinkedIn, email and marketing platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and other commercial technologies. - Explore new AI and automation tools and identify opportunities to make prospecting, outreach, and other workflows more efficient. - Learn new platforms independently and maintain clean, organized data across systems. - Growth Marketing & Events - Help execute campaigns around Wisdo research, client results, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership. - Support LinkedIn, email, and other marketing activities targeting pharmaceutical audiences. - Research relevant conferences and events, identify priority prospects and attendees, and coordinate pre- and post-event outreach. - Help develop and maintain sales and marketing materials. About You - At least 3 years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing, including prospect research, outbound outreach, and pipeline follow-up.
