Assistant Director of Nursing - LTC Leadership & Wound Care

Hampton Management

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hammonton, NJ is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing Services in maintaining high quality care. The role involves wound rounds, compliance, staff development and 24-hour on-call coverage.

The candidate should hold a current RN license with extensive experience in long-term care and staff supervision, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
