What You’ll Do As a BCBA with New Hope Health, you’ll play an important role in helping children and families achieve meaningful progress. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Designing and overseeing evidence-based ABA programs based on each client’s unique needs Providing ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment modifications Providing parent and caregiver training to promote meaningful progress across environments Collaborating with families, schools, and other members of the care team when appropriate Supporting staff development through modeling, feedback, coaching, and mentorship Maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring services are delivered with professionalism and compassion Building strong relationships with clients and families while creating a positive treatment experience What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a BCBA who is: Licensed/certified to practice as a BCBA in the applicable jurisdiction Passionate about ABA and committed to ethical, evidence-based clinical practice A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with families and team members Comfortable providing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple clinical responsibilities Interested in continuing to learn and grow professionally Someone who believes that excellent ABA requires both strong clinical practice and genuine relationships with families Grow With Us New Hope Health Co. is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for clinicians who want to grow with us.
