Systems Administrator - Managed IT Services (MSP)

We're looking for a Systems Administrator who enjoys tackling technical challenges, working with a variety of businesses, and making a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Support Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshoot servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud services
• Administer backups and disaster recovery
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams
• Participate in client projects including migrations and upgrades
• Document systems and procedures
• Mentor junior technicians
• Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Systems Administration experience
• MSP experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• Experience with virtualization and networking
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For

• PowerShell scripting
• Fortinet experience
• ConnectWise or IT Glue experience
• Microsoft certifications
• Azure experience
• Cybersecurity experience
