Apply now!ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and scheduling service appointmentsDocument customers' concerns and comments.Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairsTranslate customers' repair problems into standard repair terminologyExplain repairs to customers and review service historyTest-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.Provide the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership clientele.QualificationsService advisor/writer experience requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordCDK experience helpful.Professional appearance and attitude requiredAbility to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environmentMust have valid driver's license
