Chief Product & Technology Officer

Role Description The technology that serves our clinicians should feel as human as the care they give. Brightline is redefining pediatric behavioral health at scale — combining technology, clinical excellence, and family partnership to deliver care to children and adolescents nationally. We're looking for a Chief Technology behavioral health experience strongly preferred. Proven build-vs-buy-vs-partner track record at a company navigating meaningful scale (Series A and beyond). Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept through clinical deployment in a regulated environment. Track record building and leading high-performing, inclusive engineering and product organizations. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), EHR integrations, and HIPAA-compliant data architecture. Experience with multi-site care delivery models. Post-acquisition integration experience (products, platforms, or teams) is a plus. Requirements Genuine empathy for clinical workforces, including the emotional weight of behavioral health delivery. Ability to hold strategic ambition and operational discipline simultaneously. Executive presence that translates across engineers, clinicians, board members, and families. Comfort with ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information. A leadership style that models psychological safety, gives direct feedback, and develops people. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this role is $325,000–$365,000.
