Investor Relations Associate (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

Our client is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager based in the DC area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include:

-Work with the firm’s Investor Relations and Business Development team in managing the firm’s overall client servicing program including supporting investor data requests and operational due diligence

-Maintain and sharpen the firm’s CRM. Create actionable data and deliverables to support client interactions

-Develop and maintain the firm’s key marketing collateral materials and data room

-Prepare responses to investor RFPs and DDQs; update third-party databases

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-2-6 years of experience working in investor relations or client service at a hedge fund or private equity fund

-Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution

-Outstanding communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
