What You'll Do

As a Retail Energy Associate, you'll engage with shoppers in a retail environment to educate them about energy solutions and available programs.

Daily responsibilities include:

Speak with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Explain energy products, services, and promotional offers
Answer customer questions and provide product information
Generate qualified customer leads and enrollments
Represent nationally recognized energy brands
Help create a positive customer experience
Meet individual and team performance goals
Attend ongoing paid training and professional development sessions

Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive paid training.

Outgoing and confident communicating with others
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Reliable and dependable
Coachable and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a retail environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
