Job Title

Pay Range: $24hr - $28hr

Requirement/Must Have

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in internet navigation and data entry.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

• Previous experience in healthcare office, health insurance, public sector, or non-profit environments preferred.
• Previous data entry and data validation experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with databases and document verification processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review provider enrollment and revalidation applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify required documentation to ensure information is current and valid.
• Navigate federal and state databases including PECOS and licensing verification systems.
• Contact providers via phone or email to obtain missing information or clarification.
• Enter and update provider information within the eMedNY system.
• Maintain compliance with production and quality standards.
• Support Medicaid program operations and provider enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to provider applications and updates.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational objectives.

Qualification and Education
