Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure we maintain our high standard of client care.

Mentor and guide the sales staff, helping each person refine their approach and reach their professional goals.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies to grow our presence within the Blacksburg community.

Analyze sales metrics and policy performance to find meaningful ways to improve our service offerings.

Handle complex client inquiries with patience and clear, effective communication.

Cultivate a supportive, collaborative office culture where everyone feels encouraged to share new ideas.

Valid Property and Casualty insurance license in Virginia.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations.

Deep understanding of the local Blacksburg and surrounding Virginia insurance markets.

Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring sales staff toward growth.

Proficiency in agency management systems and data analysis tools.

Active involvement in community networking and local business development.
