Lead Generation Specialist Build and run outbound campaigns end to end — list building, sequencing, qualification and handover to the client's sales team. Research and build targeted prospect lists for client campaigns Write and test outreach sequences across email and phone Qualify inbound and outbound interest against agreed criteria Handle live customer conversations across chat, email, phone and social for a small group of client accounts. Respond to customer conversations within agreed response times Keep tone and answers consistent with each client's brand Escalate issues cleanly, with the context already gathered Flag recurring problems back to the client rather than repeating fixes Plan and run paid and organic campaigns that feed the same pipeline our lead generation and support teams work. Run paid search and paid social campaigns against agreed targets Produce landing pages and creative with the design team Track performance to conversion, not to clicks Keep messaging aligned with what support hears from customers Practical task A short, realistic exercise close to the actual job — reviewed and discussed with you, never unpaid spec work.
