Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Mill Valley, California. Job Details Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week Shift type: Day shift (8‑hour) Employment type: Travel contractor Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Deliver physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and execution of therapeutic interventions. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long‑term care setting is preferred.
