As a Pack Leader, you are responsible for providing exceptional care to every dog while creating a positive experience for our clients and supporting your teammates. This position requires sound judgment, strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with dogs.

Our Pack Leaders lead by example, prioritizing safety above all else, and help create an environment where dogs thrive and owners have complete confidence in our care.

Position Summary

The Pack Leader is responsible for supervising dog playgroups, monitoring canine behavior, maintaining a clean and safe facility, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring all daily care needs are completed accurately and efficiently including feeding and medications.

Qualifications

·         Passion for working with dogs and people

·         Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced situation.

·         Strong observation skills and attention to detail

·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills

·         Reliable, dependable, and punctual

·         Ability to lift 50lbs and remain physically active throughout the shift
