Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries-helping them manage pain and regain movement-under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Experience or comfort working in a 1:1 patient care model and providing 30- to 60-minute treatment sessions.
• Experience or interest in manual therapy and patient education.
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday; typical schedules are 5x8 or 4x10, no weekends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapy aides and a small-site staffing model (typically one PTA per site).
