We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Floor Associates who are ready to make a difference. Position: Floor Associate Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional, helpful customer service at all times. Greet each customer with a smile and ask, “What can I help you find today?” Walk customers directly to products and ensure they have everything needed for their project. Stock shelves, back stock, and warehouse inventory. Front and face merchandise as directed by your manager. Read and communicate product instructions effectively. Operate scanners, registers, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Assemble basic products as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Routine bending, climbing, twisting, and reaching. Lift and move products up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity for handling merchandise and transactions. Able to read product labels and communicate clearly with customers. Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of retail experience (hardware or home improvement a plus). Familiarity with hardware-related products and common DIY/home improvement projects. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
