This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic learning environment where your administrative skills will make a real difference every day, Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls Assist Director with maintaining student schedule, billing, and invoicing Organize and maintain office documents, files, and records Perform general office operations such as copying, scanning, filing Requirements Bachelor Degree or higher Prior experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office assistant role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional demeanor Conveniently located to our Raritan, NJ office About Us Somerset Learning Center is a trusted educational center in Raritan, NJ, providing exceptional tutoring and learning support to students and families in our community.
