FOH Restaurant Manager

Houligan’s Sports Bar is a casual dining restaurant. We are known for world‑famous “Wally Wings”, mouth‑watering burgers, crisp salads, and sandwich favorites. Job Responsibilities Lead and drive daily operations of the Houligan’s location. Manage kitchen and dining room to ensure a positive guest experience. Oversee all hourly team members and be responsible for all administrative and leadership functions to ensure smooth operation. Uphold our standards of excellence and hospitality. Lead your team. Manage all functions on our daily checklist. Handle payroll. Focus on safety. Manage the facility. Lead and develop community relations. Job Requirements 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast‑paced environment. Food handler certification (strongly preferred). Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Stonewood operations. Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others. Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level. Understanding of financial aspects of business operations. Self‑motivated, positive, passionate about fostering teamwork and training and development of team members.
