Job Title: Inventory Lead
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and supporting overall warehouse and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or variances during cycle counting, and report findings to management
• Maintain inventory transactions and physical location updates in the ERP system
• Assist with month-end inventory processes, including OT (overtime) as needed
• Ensure adherence to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of inventory cycle counting and variance analysis
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience:

• 2–3 years of related experience
• Microsoft dynamics 365

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse or inventory management setting
• Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting
