Your future role at a glance Department: Materials Management Schedule: Full Time | Weekend Options Hospital: Dell Children's Medical Ctr Location: Austin, Texas How you'll make an impact in this role Monitored, ordered, stocked, and transported supplies and equipment to support organizational operations and maintain inventory availability. Ensured timely delivery and replenishment of stock while maintaining appropriate storeroom inventory levels and removing expired products promptly. Investigated and resolved inventory discrepancies, shortages, and supply‑related issues to maintain operational efficiency. Maintained accurate inventory tracking records and followed stock rotation procedures to minimize product expiration and waste. Provided professional customer service by regularly collaborating with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors to address supply and inventory needs. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
